I am the secretary of the Texas Soap Makers Association and in charge of Theme Deco for the 2008 convention. Just thought I would show you all this years theme I came up with. Most of you may not know that Austin Texas has a famous bridge on Congress that the bats have taken over. It is a frequented tourist site so this year we are honoring the bats and the batty people who make soap.

About the Business
I started making handmade soaps about 6 years ago. The desire to get away from using detergents on my skin sent me looking for a better alternative to commercially made soaps. I was searching for a more skin softening,non-drying and environmentally friendly cleansing system. After doing a lot of research and testing I incorporated the formulas I now use for a skin loving safe SOAP NOT DETERGENT. I have also added lotions, creams, lotion bars, lip balms, and room,body, linen sprays.

    Your soap is FABULOUS! Really! My order just happened to come yesterday -- right before I got in the bath! I used the green tea soap w/ my Badedas bath oil (an old favorite) and it was awesome. Thanks for the lightening fast delivery -- and you can count me in as a loyal customer. I'll be ordering the solid hand creme today based on the sample you sent.
