Tom MacRae is a television and film writer, as well as the author of the award-winning children's book, The Opposite. Tom lives in London and writes for Channel four. His work includes No Angels and the series, As If. He also wrote the two-part story "Rise of the Cybermen" and "The Age of Steel" for the 2006 series of Doctor Who. Tom is currently writing Marple and Lewis for ITV1 and Bonekickers for BBC One.
