Fashion? In New York? Yeah, it's everywhere you look. Finding ways to make a clothing brand stand out among the pack is quickly becoming just as important as the designs themselves. It's obvious to the naked eye that Vane has taken this philosophy into consideration and incorporated it into each piece formed by its designers. Being that the word "vane" actually stands as an indicator of direction, the brand challenges its followers to do the same.

The New York-based line, right down to the formation and production, prides itself on unique silhouettes and patterns tailored to each design. The line is full of standout pieces such as short-sleeved hoodies with stripe-blocking, button-down shirts with body-emphasizing fits and dress-up raincoats with slick military details. The women's line features body-hugging tees and dresses in soft knits. Both collections utilize the full color palette, using subdued hues mixed with bold, bright colors.

Vane was founded in 2006 by three entrepreneurs: Atif Ateeq, Eric Poon and Ravi Thanawala. They came together with a vision of restoring NYC fashion back to where it should be. And it looks like in their short time together, they've found the key to success.
